Elsa Li graduated from Beijing Radio and TV University, majoring in Preschool Education. She was trained at the AMS Montessori Training Center in the United States, and brings 8 years of front-line teaching experience from international Montessori kindergartens. With solid expertise in Montessori pedagogy and child-development principles, she identifies children’s developmental needs effectively. Child-centered in practice, she designs supportive environments to foster children’s concentration, independence and problem-solving skills. She builds positive teacher-child relationships with careful, rigorous work. Her hobbies are photography, singing and sports.
