Yao Jie (Caroline), an AMS‑trained Montessori teacher, holds a master’s degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages from Beijing Normal University. She has nearly two decades of educational experience working in both the United States and China. She excels at guiding children to think independently, respecting individual development, encouraging them to overcome challenges, take risks and express themselves confidently. As a mother, she cares for every little detail of her students; as an educator, she inspires them to spark intellectual curiosity; as a friend, she stands by them to work through difficulties. Her hobbies include table tennis, reading, yoga and cycling. |
