Joy (Zhou Han) is a Montessori teacher trained for the 3–6 age group by the American Montessori Society (AMS). She holds a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from China Women's University. Joy previously worked at an international Montessori school in Beijing and brings 8 years of teaching experience to her role, including 4 years at THDK. Joy has a strong background in drawing and handicrafts, and she enjoys photography, traditional Han Chinese clothing, and music. She lives by the belief: "Everything we do to a child will bear fruit—not only shaping their life, but determining it." |
