Eleven Shi is an AMS-trained teacher for children aged 3–6, holding a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from China Women’s University. After graduation, she joined THDK and has been teaching there for two years. Outside work, she enjoys playing the piano and reading—finding inspiration in music and books. She believes that education is both gentle and firm, it means patiently observing each child’s unique characteristic and keenly discovering their unspoken needs and hidden sparks. For Eleven, true growth flourishes when children feel understood and respected. She aspires to be a quiet guardian and a thoughtful guide, creating a safe, nurturing space where every little seed can thrive at its own pace.
