Jacinna Bai is an American Montessori Society (AMS) credentialed teacher with a bachelor’s degree in Education from Shanxi University. She joined THDK in 2020 as one of its founding teachers and brings 8 years of hands-on experience in Montessori education. With strengths in music, dance, and immersive thematic curriculum design, Jacinna is dedicated to creating a learning environment grounded in exploration, respect, and a strong sense of belonging. Guided by a child-centered philosophy, she places great emphasis on children’s social-emotional development. Through rich and meaningful learning experiences, she inspires curiosity and a love of learning while nurturing children’s independence, confidence, and sense of responsibility—laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
