Thierry Angel Albert Pardon (Jerry) is an American educator with 15 years of experience in education. He has a Montessori training background from the North American Montessori Center (NAMC), a PGCE qualification from the University of Essex in the UK, and a TEFL certificate.

Guided by his belief in “Character Before Curriculum,” Jerry emphasizes helping young children manage their emotions, respect others, and develop a sense of responsibility. He is committed to creating a safe, respectful learning environment filled with opportunities for exploration, helping children build confidence, discover their potential, and grow into kind, responsible learners.

Outside the classroom, Jerry enjoys surfing, paddle boarding, free diving, photography, and arts and crafts.
